auto-install-el software package provides Auto install elisp file, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install auto-install-el
auto-install-el is installed in your system.
Make ensure the auto-install-el package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep auto-install-el *
